Plans & billing
Trial limits, what each plan includes, and how changes actually take effect.
Free trial
One client, one invoice reconciled, no card required. There's no time limit — you can stay on the trial for as long as you like. Uploading a second invoice needs a paid plan.
Plans
- Starter — $99/mo — up to 10 clients.
- Growth — $199/mo — up to 50 clients, plus Microsoft 365 & Google Workspace sync.
- Scale — $349/mo — unlimited clients, plus a dedicated CSM.
Your current plan and billing provider (Stripe or Paddle, assigned at signup) are always visible in Settings → Billing.
Changing plans
Switching plans is self-service from Settings → Billing. Plan changes follow your billing provider’s rules. Paddle changes may take a few minutes to appear. Review the confirmation before submitting, and check Settings → Billing for the resulting plan.
Cancelling
Cancel from Settings → Billing. You keep access to paid features until the end of your current billing period — cancelling doesn't cut anything off immediately. After that period ends, your account moves to the trial plan and you won't be charged again.
